1 – Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided between HR & Spa Marin and its customers. Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2 – Orders / Reservations
Reservations can be made :
- Online via our website
- By phone
- On site at reception
A reservation becomes definitive after :
- Validation by the plant
- Deposit payment
- Signature of reservation contract or confirmation e-mail
The establishment reserves the right to refuse any reservation that does not comply with its internal regulations.
3 – Price list
Prices are in euros and include VAT. They are available on our website and may be subject to change.
4 – Terms and conditions of payment
- For bookings made more than 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required immediately.
If the balance is not paid on time, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit.
5 – Tourist tax
A tourist tax may be applied in accordance with current regulations. It will be collected upon payment of the balance.
6 – Security deposit
A deposit may be required depending on the type of accommodation booked. It will be returned after checking the premises at the end of the stay.
7 – Booking fees
A handling fee may be applied at the time of booking.
8 – Cancellation and modifications
8.1 – Modification of reservation
All requests for changes must be made in writing and are subject to acceptance by the establishment, subject to availability.
8.2 – Cancellation by the establishment
In the event of cancellation by the establishment (except in cases of force majeure), the customer will receive a full refund.
8.3 – Cancellation by the customer
- More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit is retained by the establishment.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
8.4 – Cancellation insurance
The customer can take out cancellation insurance covering certain reasons (illness, accident, etc.). This insurance must be taken out at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
9 – Arrival and departure
- Check-in: From 3 p.m.
- Check-out: Before 12 noon
Late departures may result in an additional night’s charge.
10 – Liability and internal regulations
The customer agrees to abide by the establishment’s rules and regulations. In the event of non-compliance, the establishment reserves the right to cancel the stay without compensation.
11 – Personal data and confidentiality
The information collected is used solely to manage reservations and will never be sold to third parties.
12 – Intellectual property

13 – Disputes and mediation
