Marine course
Our marine circuit is made up of a complete and varied range of facilities for experiencing the pleasures of the spa:
- A seawater pool with jets, heated to 34°C
- A jacuzzi heated to 37°C,
- A cold water bath at 6°C,
- Hammam,
- Sauna,
- Three sensory showers (relaxing, tropical and Scottish),
- An ice fountain.
Face and body care
Treat your skin and body to exceptional care. Ella Baché and Thalgo facial treatments combine tailor-made performance and expertise to enhance your radiance. For the body, sensory baths, scrubs, wraps and massages by HRS & Thalgo invite you to indulge in absolute relaxation.
Exclusive Suites
Experience a wellness interlude for two in an exclusive suite. Enjoy a hydro-massage bath and a private hammam for a unique duo experience. Choose from 60 to 130-minute treatments and let yourself be transported by absolute relaxation in a privileged setting.
Slimming programs

Quels sont les horaires d’ouverture ?
The Marine Spa is open daily from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm. Extended opening hours are available during the summer.
Comment réserver un soin ?
Reservations can be made at the Spa Marin reception desk on 05 46 09 52 52 or by email at reservationspa.hr@larmateurdusoleil.fr. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Quelle est la politique d’annulation ?
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: deposit charged.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of treatment charged.
- No-show: treatment is billed in full.
Quand dois-je arriver pour mon soin ?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time to prepare and enjoy the surroundings. Late arrival will not extend the treatment time.
Quelle tenue est requise ?
- Hotel HR guests: access the Spa with bathrobe and slippers provided in your room.
- Outside customers: changing rooms with bathrobes, towels and flip-flops are available.
Quelles sont les règles pour le parcours marin ?
- Bathing suits must be worn.
- Cosmic products are prohibited in this area.
Puis-je utiliser mon téléphone portable ?
To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, cell phones and tablets must be switched off in the Spa Marin.
Quels sont les soins disponibles pour les enfants ?
- THALGO & ELLA BACHÉ treatments are available from age 16.
- The TOOFRUIT range is specially designed for children aged 5 and over.
- The marine course is not recommended for under-16s.
Y a-t-il des contre-indications pour les soins ?
Please inform us of any health problems or pregnancy, as certain treatments may not be recommended. Medical authorization may be required if necessary.
